Recruitment Consultant – 360 Role
Location: Warrington, WA6 6PS
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Recruitment Consultant Role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Source, screen and manage candidates with integrity, care and speed
- Achieve and exceed performance targets and be rewarded for it
- Work collaboratively with a team that values innovation, results and accountability

About JDR:

About You:
- At least one years’ experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role
- A proven track record of billing success
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach – self-starters thrive here
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
