Data Analyst – Power BI & Microsoft Fabric

We’re partnering with a well-established professional services firm to find a talented Data Analyst to join their growing data function at an exciting stage of digital transformation.
The Role
You’ll sit within a Cloud & Infrastructure team, working closely with a Senior Data Engineer to deliver meaningful insights across Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platforms. This is a hands‑on role spanning reporting, data modelling, pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing semantic models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI
- Writing and optimising DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations
- Building and maintaining data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory
- Developing Fabric Warehouses aligned to medallion architecture (Gold layer)
- Implementing Row‑Level and Column‑Level Security (RLS/CLS)
- Engaging with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst role
- Strong hands‑on Power BI experience
- Proficiency in T‑SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M)
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (desirable but not essential)
- Clear communicator, able to produce documentation and engage at all levels
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics data integrations
