Lynwood Care Centre is a warm and welcoming purpose‑built nursing home offering a spacious and comfortable environment and 24‑hour care and support for older adults. Our home is divided into several smaller ‘houses,’ where our staff really get to know their residents, allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

What does the role involve?

• Personal care – assisting with washing and dressing
• Assisting with meals by supporting with eating and drinking
• Completing daily care plans
• Assisting with mobility
