  • for:Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts (brands and retail
  • ers).Building strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and reten
  • tion.Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and maximise rev
  • enue.Leading client meetings, QBRs, and campaign reviews to demonstrate ROI and v
  • alue.Working closely with internal teams (operations, analytics, marketing) to ensure smooth campaign deli
  • very.Understanding each client’s commercial goals and aligning solutions to meet
  • them.Feeding insights and feedback into the wider commercial stra
