Job description:
We are working closely with a growing recruitment business in Birmingham that is looking to bring on an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to strengthen their team. This is a full 360 role where you’ll have the autonomy to build out your own desk, backed by a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
In this position, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within the Education sector. You’ll be responsible for developing strong client partnerships, driving new business, and sourcing quality candidates to meet demand across your market.
Key Duties
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and education providers
- Proactively win new business and expand your client base
- Identify, attract, and interview suitable candidates
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from vacancy brief to placement
- Offer market insight and guidance to both clients and candidates
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Take full ownership of your desk, driving growth and revenue

- Proven background in a 360 recruitment role
- Previous experience within Education recruitment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Commercially aware and target-driven
