Bus Driver – Leamington Depot

Salary £33,867 annually plus opportunity for overtime: £16.70 per hour, £16.70 (Saturday), £16.70 (Sunday), £19.56 (evening after 21:00).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and safety‑conscious Qualified Driver to join our team at the Leamington depot. The role requires driving a modern bus fleet covering Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey.
• Provide top‑notch customer service, assisting passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for, and looked after.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Hold a PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
