We are recruiting for a General Sales Manager at Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with OTE of £50,000 and company benefits.

Overview

BMW Motorrad is a premium motorcycle brand known for engineering excellence and a broad product range. The position involves representing the brand, driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team, including Sales Executives and support staff.
• Coach, robustly manage and regularly interact with customers.
• Drive new and used vehicle sales, including add‑on products, finance and GAP insurance.
• Manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales and uphold ethical standards.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

• Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to increase sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
