Senior ROV Engineering & Operations Leader

The National Oceanography Centre in Southampton is seeking an Engineering Manager for the ROV Team within the Marine Autonomous and Robotics (MARS) group. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for operating the 6,500m-rated ROV, Isis, and the Modular Payload Underwater System (MPUS).

This role includes managing operational and safety aspects of ROV deployments, financial planning, and providing technical oversight. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a background in deep-ocean science or related engineering disciplines.
