Teaching Assistant – B17 – September

Overview

Flexible supply role – Teaching Assistant across primary schools in Harborne, B17 and surrounding areas. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available to suit availability throughout the new academic year.

Responsibilities

• Work in primary school settings, supporting pupils in the classroom and on a one‑to‑one basis.
• Help deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Knowledge or experience of working with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments.
