Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of local primary schools in Edgbaston, B15, and surrounding areas. Whether you are returning to education after the summer or starting a new role in September, this is a flexible supply role with full‑time and part‑time opportunities, giving you the chance to make a positive difference from the very start of the school year.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in classroom teaching and on a one‑to‑one basis.
- Help deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Knowledge or experience of working with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, proactive approach to working in different school environments.
