Established Residential Developer who are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budge whilst maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers.
They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes
Responsibilities
- Organisation and preparation of detailed design drawings
- Co-ordination with contractors on site
- Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals
- Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications
- Carry out design-stage risk assessments
- Liaison with building control authority, fire authority and other regulatory bodies
- Develop design information to detailed status and maintenance of drawing information
- Attendance at design coordination meetings and construction site meetings
Personal Specification & Requirements
- Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
- Experience in working on Residential projects (traditional build houses and apartments)
- Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
- Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
- Degree qualified or Equivalent
- 3 years minimum experience
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
