Risk Transformation Consultant – Fashion Retail

Overview

A client in the consultancy sector is seeking a Risk Transformation Consultant to join the team for 4–6 weeks for their client in the fashion retail industry.

You will lead a short, high impact risk transformation engagement, working independently and reporting into senior leadership. The objective is to assess the current risk framework and design a pragmatic future state operating model that strengthens operational and HSE risk while maintaining commercial agility in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a current state assessment of risk governance, processes, controls and tooling
• Diagnose gaps across operational and HSE risk and identify priority improvements
• Design a future state risk operating model covering structure, roles and escalation
• Produce clear, implementable recommendations and a practical delivery roadmap

Requirements

• Background in risk transformation or risk advisory from consulting or interim roles
• Proven experience delivering as-is and to-be risk frameworks and operating models
• Experience in retail or other operationally complex environments
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and ability to operate autonomously
