Senior Building Services & Safety Lead (HVAC/BMS)

LA International is seeking an Estates Technical Services Manager to provide leadership in building services engineering, including mechanical, HVAC, and BMS systems. The role requires compliance with health and safety standards and working onsite four days a week in Salisbury.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent, along with strong technical knowledge and experience with safety critical systems. Applications from diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
