We are recruiting International Customer Service Coordinators to join our Medical Assistance Team based in Esher, Surrey, UK. The role – Coordinator – Assistance – will involve handling a wide range of medical assistance requests from customers across the globe, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support.

Responsibilities
As a Coordinator – Assistance you will provide excellent customer service and support to customers requiring medical assistance worldwide. Your duties will include:
- Providing support and advice to customers in medical emergencies.
- Ensuring members receive medically necessary care.
- Guiding members through appropriate processes and liaison with professionals to put care plans in place.
- Arranging treatment locally and facilitating air ambulances or commercial flights with qualified medical escorts when required.
- Managing and coordinating case details in a fast‑paced and diverse environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service with an empathetic attitude.
- Resourceful problem solver capable of working under pressure.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and respond respectfully and positively to members’ needs.
- Fluency in English at a native standard.
- Ability to commute to the Esher office.
- Experience in the travel insurance or related healthcare assistance sector (desirable).
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
- Availability for early, mid, and late shifts from Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.

Employment Details
