Key Worker: Complex Lives & Housing Support

Depaul is looking for an Intensive Support Worker to coordinate and provide support for marginalised individuals in Belfast. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored support plans and ensure effective case management for clients facing complex challenges.

The ideal candidate should have a formal Level 3 qualification in social care and at least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable groups. A full driving licence is required.
