This initial 6 month fixed term contract role offers the opportunity to work on high-value buyouts, strategic mergers, and acquisitions, supporting Partners and Associates on complex, cross-border transactions.
Responsibilities
Support Partners and Associates on complex cross-border private equity transactions, including high-value buyouts and strategic mergers.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have previous PE/corporate experience and, preferably, the LPC or SQE. The role also offers great potential for training contract progression, making it an excellent opportunity for ambitious paralegals looking to build a long-term career in private equity.
