What you will do
- Manage a routine high-risk caseload with a focus on wound care, delivering exceptional treatment and support.
- Confidently discharge patients and make necessary onward referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Evaluate and assess patient needs, devising and implementing tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinical guidelines.
Requirements
- HCPC registration is essential to practice as a podiatrist in this role.
- A valid driving license is required as you will need to travel between locations for patient consultations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk caseloads, specifically related to wound care.
