Salary: £32‑45,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Develop construction details, specifications and technical documentation
  • Coordinate information with architects, engineers and external consultants
  • Prepare and manage BIM models throughout project delivery
  • Attend design team meetings and technical workshops
  • Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections as required
  • Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards
  • Support project delivery from technical design through to construction
  • Assist with technical problem‑solving and project coordination
  • Contribute to BIM standards and technical best practice across the studio

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline
  • Intermediate to Senior level experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong Revit proficiency is essential
  • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
  • Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation
  • Experience working across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial or public sector projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach
  • CIAT membership or progression towards chartership would be advantageous
