Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Nurture leads and opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams and national marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising business development activities, progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of business development in a B2B environment at C‑Suite level with professional services.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales and cold targeting.
- Knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscapes, especially in financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
