Revenue Growth Lead
As the successful Revenue Growth Lead you will be in a highly visible commercial role focused on driving revenue growth through pricing, promotions, and performance insight. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category, you’ll shape strategy, deliver clear, data‑led recommendations, and play a key role in how the business achieves profitable growth.
The ideal fit
- Have experience within a Revenue Growth / Commercial Strategy role
- Account Management experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
- Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonus, and an attractive benefits package.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London HQ
