Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Quality Assurance Officer to join our Assessment and Quality team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager (Apprenticeships), you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality services aligned with NOCN’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review assessment and quality assurance reports, providing feedback to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support and train Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers on policies, procedures and systems.
  • Respond to queries and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, risk ratings and management information.
  • Support complaints, appeals and compliance investigations where required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and services.

About You

You have experience working in a quality assurance or regulated environment and understand assessment and quality assurance processes. You are organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

With strong communication and IT skills, you build positive relationships with stakeholders and are committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes. You are proactive, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement, with a commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.
