Executive Sales Associate – High Jewellery Maison

We are seeking a refined and commercially driven Executive Sales Associate to join a leading French High Jewellery Maison within its prestigious London department store location.

This is a client-facing role at the heart of one of the world’s most iconic luxury destinations, where heritage, craftsmanship, and modern elegance converge. You will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving strong commercial performance in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client experiences that translate into strong sales conversion and long-term loyalty
  • Build deep product expertise to confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and design storytelling
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored styling recommendations
  • Represent the Maison with precision, following established selling ceremonies and luxury service standards
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure full compliance with operational guidelines

Client Development & CRM

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and bespoke service
  • Leverage CRM tools to track client preferences, key milestones, and purchase behaviour
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to growing the boutique’s client base
  • Create memorable, appointment-led experiences that reinforce loyalty and brand affinity

Retail Excellence

  • Support day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring seamless client journey execution
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, stock management, and operational excellence
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance, security, and brand guidelines at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a clienteling-led environment
  • Confident storyteller with the ability to convey heritage, craftsmanship, and product value
  • Highly skilled in CRM usage and relationship management
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional, resilient, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced flagship environment
  • Naturally polished, with strong interpersonal presence and commercial awareness
