MadiganGill are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to support the delivery of a new-build residential development in Axbridge, with an immediate start available.

The Role:

This is a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy house building site. Responsibilities include coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining build quality, and helping to keep the project on schedule.

Role Details:

• Location: Axbridge
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 Weeks
• Rate: negotiable
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and site operations
• Monitor build progress across plots
• Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained
• Support quality control and snagging processes
• Drive programme and meet build deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certification
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid certification (desirable)
• Previous experience on residential/house building projects preferred
