Business Development Officer

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new business across our weddings, events, and gym/leisure departments.

This is a proactive sales role. You’ll spend your first few weeks embedded with each department to learn the product, then take ownership of generating and converting new enquiries – through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, show-rounds, and partnership building.

You’ll need:

• A closer’s mindset – comfortable on the phone and chasing leads
• Self-motivation to deliver in a hybrid setup
