We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout London.
With opportunities available for daily supply, short-term cover, and ongoing placements, this role is ideal for experienced support staff seeking flexibility, variety, and rewarding classroom experience.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Support teaching and learning across a range of primary year groups
- Provide small-group intervention and targeted classroom support
- Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress and attainment
We Are Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
- Previous experience within mainstream primary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident individuals comfortable leading whole-class learning
- Flexible, professional, and reliable candidates
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff
