What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Advisor who will ensure our business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. You’ll work independently on a wide range of legal tasks, including corporate governance, contract management, risk mitigation, and day-to-day legal matters impacting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance: Guide on corporate structuring, entity management, board governance, and regulatory compliance in the APAC region
Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, SLAs, and more
Risk Management: Identify legal risks and advise on practical strategies for mitigation
Mergers & Acquisitions: Support legal due diligence and integration efforts for M&A, joint ventures, and investment deals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Procurement to align legal counsel with business objectives
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
Licensed to practice law in India
3–5 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate legal department or a top-tier law firm
In-depth knowledge of corporate and contract law, and relevant regulatory landscapes
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to operate independently
A business-oriented mindset, aligning legal advice with commercial goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
