Overview
We are working with a respected property company with offices on the outskirts of Bradford. This part‑time role (3‑4 days a week) is office‑based and is ideal for an experienced lettings and property manager who can join this small yet busy team to support and manage all landlord and tenant issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to landlord, tenant, and prospective tenant enquiries
- Generate new business opportunities
- Assist in the full lettings process, including property listings, marketing, arranging viewings, and applicant vetting
- Prepare, issue, and manage tenancy agreements, renewals
- Coordinate tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit registrations
- Manage tenancy deposits
- Collect deposits from tenants
- Conduct regular routine property tenancy inspections
- Produce detailed inspection reports highlighting property condition, maintenance issues, and compliance with tenancy agreements
- Take high‑quality photographs and detailed notes for landlord reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years property & lettings management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Accounts experience
- Be available for 4 days per week
- Car driver and access to own vehicle
