An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing residential property team overseeing a portfolio of rented homes across Kent.
This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered throughout the tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tenant enquiries and day-to-day property matters
- Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears management where required
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and defect resolution
- Liaising with contractors and residents to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the rental portfolio
About You:
- Previous experience in Property Management, Lettings, Housing or a similar residential property role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, personable and able to work independently
- Comfortable building relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders
