Support Worker – Tamworth

Support Worker (30 hours/week)

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Tamworth on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week). Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep‑ins, and bank holidays.

About the role

You’ll support 8 individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives. Activities include cinema visits, meals out, and community events.

What you’ll do

• Personal care and daily living support




• Help with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and more




• Build strong, positive relationships




• Support community activities and social inclusion

Shift patterns

Typically 7am–4pm or 4pm–10pm.

Requirements

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
