Our company offers a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, trust, and innovation. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Production Engineer to join our expanding team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and improve manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and quality
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Support the introduction of new products into production
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision‑making
  • Provide video analysis and best‑practice guidance for operators on the shop floor

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is a bonus
  • Proven experience as a Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineer in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to provide training and develop shop‑floor operators
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Tenure: Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + excellent training and development

Location: Bridgend
