What You’ll Do

• Act as the key point of contact between residents, clients, and site teams
• Keep residents informed about planned works and project updates
• Handle enquiries, concerns, and support residents throughout projects
• Build positive relationships within local communities
• Help ensure works are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in housing, construction, or community engagement (preferred)
• Organised, proactive, and compassionate approach
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
