What You’ll Be Doing
As aRegistered Nurse, you will:
- 🩺 Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
- 📋 Develop and review person-centred care plans
- 💊 Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
- ðŸ‘©âš•ï¸ Support and mentor care team colleagues
- 🤠Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
- 📠Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- 🎓 Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
