Customer Service Advisor
Our client works with large network providers to bring great mobile phone deals to their customers. They have a base of millions of customers with their online business accounting for over 70% of their sales. In this role you will support the success of the business by being the first point of contact for their valuable customers.
Main duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email).
- Working independently and alongside fellow team colleagues.
- Achieving realistic key performance indicators and targets.
- Highly motivated to provide solutions on a first‑time resolution basis.
The ideal candidate will have
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with calls, live chat, and email.
- Experience working within a customer service environment.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced industry.
- A desire to work in a team‑valued environment.
