Operations Support Manager – Front of House

Bristol

Are you a natural organiser who loves creating smooth-running, welcoming environments? Our anonymous client is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join their Front of House team in a hands‑on role.

You’ll be at the heart of daily office operations, supporting a small team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors have a consistently positive experience. You’ll also work with Facilities, IT, Office Services, and Health & Safety teams to keep everything running behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the Front of House team, acting as a friendly point of escalation
  • Coordinate shifts and daily operations
  • Support meetings, events, and client hospitality
  • Liaise with suppliers and facilities teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain office standards, from meeting rooms to security and pantry areas
  • Assist with administration, budgets, and compliance tasks
  • Contribute to service improvements and projects

About You

  • Experience in front‑of‑house, office management, facilities, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer‑focused mindset, able to build rapport with colleagues and visitors
  • Confident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting
  • Understanding of health and safety practices (or willing to learn)

Shift Pattern

You will need to be flexible between 07.30 am – 7.00 pm and will work e.g. 07.30 – 4.30 pm one week and the next 10.00 am – 7.00 pm.
