Development Manager (Highways Engineer) – Contract – Nottinghamshire

I’m currently working with a trusted client who is looking for a Development Manager (Highways Engineer) to join them on a 3 month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

This role will focus on highways associated with residential developments, with responsibility for S38 / S278 design checking and working closely with developers.

Role details:

• Development Manager (Highways Engineer)
• 3 month rolling contract (likely to extend)
• £DOE p/h – Outside IR35
• 37.5 hour week
• 1 day per week in Nottinghamshire

Experience required:

• S38 / S278
• Residential developer experience
• Comfortable in client and developer facing roles
