Business Development Manager – eCommerce Solutions
Location: Remote (travel across UK and Germany)
Salary: Up to €140,000 (£120,000)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to eCommerce and cross-border logistics
- Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Define clear KPIs, goals, and roadmaps to drive commercial success
- Conduct in-depth client need analysis and value proposition development
- Lead and support internal sales teams to achieve performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in logistics/supply chain/eCommerce/shipping industry is essential
- Proven experience in eCommerce or cross-border shipping solution sales (B2C or C2C)
- Strong background in CRM, persona analysis, and digital marketing strategy
- Track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to reporting and performance metrics
- Excellent organisational and team management skills
- Fluent in German and English
