Business Development Representative (BDR)

Play a pivotal role in continuing DeepStream’s rapid growth.
Key driver in generating business demand and enabling ambitious sales growth targets
Fantastic opportunity to develop sales skills in cutting edge / innovative tech, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders internally
Opportunity to progress to BDR Team Lead and/ or Sales Account Executive based on performance

Responsibilities
- Generate Qualified Leads which fit into the DeepStream Ideal Customer Profile with a high probability of conversion into Clients
- Run out-reach campaigns using a combination of phone, email and social
- Persevere in nurturing of Leads through Sales funnel to optimise Lead to Qualified Lead conversion
- Take Discovery Meetings with Leads
- Track weekly performance vs. KPIs and report to management
- Consistently raise blockers, prospect insights and other feedback which enables business to provide supporting collateral to increase conversions

- Ambitious and willing to do the hard yards to be promoted
- Methodical, organised and data driven approach to tracking individual performance and Lead cycle
- Happy to hit the dial pad consistently within structured outbound sequencing
- Ability to understand fundamental business value from B2B solution within a value based sales approach
- Positive energy and leadership through delivering attitude
Required Experience
- 1 year BDR/SDR or equivalent role
- SaaS experience
Ideal Experience
- B2B experience
- Existing knowledge or willingness to quickly up skill to use Sales software (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
- History of effective engagement with mature business personas and being able to work them
