Role Responsibilities
- Expanding relationships with institutional investors in Italy, including pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
- Positioning the firm’s strategies effectively and tailoring solutions to investor requirements.
- Leading end-to-end fundraising efforts, from initial engagement to closing commitments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing materials and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and investment solutions.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in institutional fundraising or investor relations within asset management, private markets, or alternatives.
- Strong network of Italian institutional investors and deep understanding of their investment preferences.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UCITS and private market strategies is highly advantageous.
