About the Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of this business’ presence within the commercial and residential property market. This is a strategic role focused on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and establishing a new market presence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing partnerships with property developers, investors, agents, and other stakeholders across the property sector. This role requires a proactive professional with both strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and residential property sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and managing agents
  • Create and implement strategic plans to establish and grow a new market segment
  • Generate and convert leads into long-term partnerships and revenue opportunities
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to new clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the property sector
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and growth strategy
