Vocal Apps (trading as Smartly.AI) is a fast-growing company specializing in AI-driven solutions for customer interactions and business process optimization. We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the vision and evolution of our products by working closely with our clients, tech team, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Management: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and adjust the product roadmap based on customer feedback, strategic goals, and market changes.
• Specifications Writing: Write clear, detailed product specifications for new features and improvements, ensuring they meet end-user needs.
• Product Documentation: Ensure that product documentation is up-to-date, thorough, and accessible by working closely with the development and design teams.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct user testing to ensure the quality and reliability of released features, providing feedback to the teams for necessary adjustments or improvements.
• Demos and Events: Occasionally represent the company during client demos or at professional trade shows, presenting new features and gathering direct feedback.
• Client Feedback and Analysis: Maintain an active listening approach to client needs and conduct regular feedback analysis to propose improvements and drive product evolution according to market expectations.

Required Skills

• Technical or commercial background, either entry-level or transitioning into product management with a strong interest in product development and user experience.
• Understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating client needs into technical specifications and simplifying development decisions for partners.
• Project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with product testing and validation is a plus, along with the ability to quickly address issues and provide solutions.
• Interest in innovation with a grasp of the AI and digital tech landscape.

Working Conditions

This position is offered as a full-time role, but part-time arrangements may be possible based on the candidate’s profile and availability.
