We are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Consultant to generate new employer relationships and learner enrolments within the nursery sector.
This is a high-output role in a competitive market.
Success requires commercial credibility, resilience and consistent performance.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Generate new employer relationships across the Early Years sector through structured outbound activity
- Convert employer conversations into funded learner starts
- Engage nursery owners and senior managers with clarity and confidence
- Identify workforce training needs and position appropriate apprenticeship solutions
- Manage a disciplined pipeline of opportunities
- Represent WMC professionally in a highly competitive environment
- Deliver consistent results against defined targets

Experience in education or apprenticeships is not essential.
