Hutchinsons are looking for a driven professional to strengthen commercial and serviced business across the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset area while ensuring long-term success for clients.
Home based role with regular travel to our Codford depot and across the wider region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strengthen sales and business development through client relationships
- Identify new opportunities, introducing colleagues to demonstrate our full range of services
- Monitor and enhance the commercial performance of your region
- Keep agronomists informed through proactive communication and collaboration
- Lead innovative projects that drive long-term success for both clients and the wider team
- Share valuable market intelligence with leadership to support strategic decision-making
About you:
- Established network of agricultural contacts across the Hampshire/Wiltshire area, with experience in agricultural sales
- Excellent relationship builder with a great reputation for delivering on their promises
- Commutable distance of our Codford depot (likely there 2/3 days per week)
- Willingness to travel across the region to meet with customers and colleagues
