Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join YOURS LINK LIMITED.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s business content proficiently and promote the company’s business independently.
• Maintain existing channel cooperation relationships and expand new channels.
• Responsible for updating mini programs and website information.
• Assist in following up on the signing of partner agreements.
• Coordinate requirements of the new media department and sales, complete partnership communication, and provide support for online project.
• Market materials/activities/information collection and assist in processing other affairs of the department.
• Search for property information, rental market information and expand rental properties resources.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in full‑time unified enrollment, 1‑2 years of working experience or above, English can be used as a working language.
• Good at data analysis, rigorous logic, excellent cooperation plan writing and business presentation skills.
• Have a basic understanding of the British real estate industry and understand the business content of the relevant partners.
• Honest and reliable, proactive and responsible, high emotional intelligence, strong teamwork ability.
• Have strong content planning and execution capabilities, a strong sense of goal orientation, and a certain degree of emotional control and responsibility.
• Have good communication and understanding skills, dependable and diligent, have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Applicants with overseas real estate background will be given priority, and those who master Chinese, English and Cantonese are preferred.
