Our client, a well established leader in the events sector, is searching for a high performing Business Development Executive to help spearhead continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, innovative company that’s shaping the future of international exhibitions.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the company’s client base. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Selling Exhibition Space and securing sponsorship revenue from both new and existing clients
- Developing tailored partnership packages to meet client objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Taking a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship packages
- Attending and representing the company at international events
About You
- Around 2+ years experience in sponsorship or exhibition sales is highly desirable, though backgrounds in B2B media sales and recruitment will also be considered.
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts through effective relationship building and a consultative approach.
- A solid understanding of solution based selling.
- Knowledge of the events and exhibition industry, or prior experience in a similar sector, is a plus.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to thrive in a fast paced environment.
