Job Title: Commission-Based Business Development Executive (B2B – IT Services)

We work with growing businesses that need to modernise their technology without building large internal teams.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
This is a commission-only role ideal for individuals who are confident in selling and want high earning potential based on performance.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target SMEs (20–300 employees) across industries such as care homes, recruitment, property, and SaaS
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Engage with decision-makers (Owners, CTOs, Operations Directors)
- Understand client pain points and position TekXera’s solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
- Drive opportunities through the pipeline and close deals independently
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and communication
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal and delivery alignment
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably IT services, SaaS, or consulting)
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

- Experience selling IT services, cloud, DevOps, or digital solutions
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems
- Existing network in target industries (UK SMEs preferred)
