Zest4Talent are proud to be partnering with a growing and forward-thinking building consultancy in the Manchester area, who are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to support their continued expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a passion for relationship building and business growth to join a dynamic organisation operating across the built environment.
The Opportunity
You will be joining an ambitious and collaborative team where business development and client relationships are central to ongoing success. They are seeking someone who can:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the built environment sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Support the delivery of business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and market research
- Prepare and contribute to proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
- Work closely with technical and consultancy teams to align client needs with service delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records to track activity and performance
Previous experience within the construction, property, or building consultancy sector would be highly advantageous.
This is an office-based role, reflecting the collaborative nature of the team and their proactive approach to business development.
