Asset Data Specialist

Job Description We are looking for someone who can manage end-to-end asset data processes, contribute to the mobilisation of new contracts, and maintain accurate PPM schedules in line with legal requirements and engineering standards. You will work closely with Operational and Technical Teams, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement across all CAFM-related activities. Key Responsibilities Support and action asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates. Gather PPM data and undertake ongoing maintenance of information within the CAFM system. Load data changes into Asset Management system instances and maintain API integration mappings. Support transition activities for data mobilisation and deployment, providing suggestions for efficiency and error reduction. Ensure core asset and contract data is accurately processed and correctly set up in CAFM systems. Audit an agreed percentage of work activity, reviewing technicians’ comments and updating work plans accordingly. Carry out timely and accurate data entry in accordance with procedures. Ensure all asset data complies with legal regulations and building engineering standards. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong system skills, including Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables). Broad IT literacy, including proficiency in Word and Outlook. Experience working with CAFM systems. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proven ability to work under time constraints. Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach. Mature customer service ethic with flexibility to meet client needs. Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
