Role: eDV cleared Project Support Officer

Location: Hybrid; London and Milton Keynes (Fully expensed travel between sites)

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 base salary + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This versatile role offers the opportunity to work across three core delivery strands:

1. Client Delivery: Supporting a multidisciplinary team on a live, high-profile technology project.
2. Corporate Governance & Impact: Assisting with internal strategic planning, governance milestones, and social impact/sustainability accreditations.
3. Product Innovation: Providing project coordination and administrative support for an emerging AI software product programme.

It is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at detail-oriented organization, and enjoys balancing corporate structure with technical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support across multiple delivery workstreams.
• Maintain, track, and update key project documentation, action logs, meeting agendas, minutes, and reporting packs.
• Assist in monitoring corporate milestones, internal governance frameworks, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support evidence-gathering and documentation for corporate sustainability and impact standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep actions moving, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure clear communication.

What We Are Looking For

• Active UK*C DV Clearance is required.
• Proven experience in a Project Support, PMO, Business Support, or Governance role.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities simultaneously.
• High proficiency in documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in an agile, fast-moving business.
• A keen interest in technology, AI software, or corporate sustainability is highly desirable.
