OurclientislookingtorecruitaPropertyLitigationParalegaltojointheirestablished PropertyLitigationteambasedinWare.Workingalongsideexperiencedfeeearnerswithinateamofaround20,youwillplayakeyroleinsupportingavariedcaseloadofpropertylitigationmatters.
Thisisanofficebasedpositionofferingtheopportunitytodevelopyourexperiencewithinasupportiveandwell-structuredteam.
Typicaldutiesinclude:
- Assistfeeearnerswithacaseloadofdefendantpropertylitigationmatters
- Draftlegaldocuments,correspondenceandcourtforms
- Preparecasefiles,bundlesandsupportingdocumentation
- Liaisewithclients,solicitors,courtsandotherthirdparties
- Maintainaccuratecaserecordsandprovidegeneraladministrativesupportthroughoutthelitigationprocess
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhave:
- PreviousexperienceworkingasaParalegalwithinpropertylitigation
- Strongorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagecompetingpriorities
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Aproactiveapproachwithstrongattentiontodetail
- Theabilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofacollaborativeteam
