About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Support Analyst to join us at allpay within our IT Service Desk Team. Working within a friendly, highly skilled and customer focussed team the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to key business users, both internally and externally, to prioritise, resolve and manage defects, issues or concerns with allpay applications.
- Identify root cause of issues, recommending and implementing solutions as required and escalating where appropriate to ensure minimal disruption to business functions.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Architecture and Delivery colleagues working on product enhancements.
- Provide support, consultancy and assistance to colleagues and other areas within allpay as required; diagnose and reproduce bugs in large, multi-tiered systems and produce suitable documentation to support the resolution of issues.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Demonstrable experience of supporting applications and systems, ideally in a financial environment.
- Azure Application Insights experience/exposure.
- Exposure to Kusto Query Language or equivalent.
- Provide assistance to colleagues and junior members, supporting and problem solving software applications.
- Ability to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and implement where suitable.
